We spread out your Website Design over 4 weeks, giving us enough time to design thoughtfully, no rushing, no half-baked decisions.

For larger or more complex websites — such as eCommerce, booking-based services, or online platforms — the design phase may take a little longer. Timelines are always confirmed upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.

If you’re ready to move faster, we can compress the timeline. Just know this requires quicker feedback and a higher level of availability from your side.

  • We kick things off by getting clear on your website goals, audience, and how the site needs to support your business. This is where we define direction, structure, and priorities before any design begins.

  • We map out the site structure and start shaping the visual direction, layouts, hierarchy, and overall look and feel. This sets the foundation for the rest of the design.

  • Key pages and layouts are designed, refined, and reviewed. We work through feedback and make sure everything feels cohesive, clear, and intentional.

  • We wrap things up by refining the final designs and preparing everything for handover. You’ll receive a clean, organised set of design files — ready to pass to a developer or move straight into Website Development with us.

Pricing - Website Design

Starting from $2 800 + GST

All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST.

Your investment covers the full website design process: strategic direction, site structure, visual design, page layouts, content hierarchy, responsive considerations, feedback rounds, and a clear design handover.

Every website is different, so the final investment depends on the scope, size, and complexity of the site.

Most website design projects land between $2 800–$3 920. We’ll confirm the right level for your website on the discovery call.
Larger or more complex websites, such as eCommerce, booking-based services, or online platforms — are scoped separately and may fall outside the typical price range.

Flexible Payment Options

A 50% deposit locks in your spot.
The remaining balance can be paid in instalments, either fortnightly or at each project milestone, whichever comes first.
All payments must be completed before final delivery.

Have questions about working together on your Website Design? Here are the things people ask most before getting started.

  • Typically up to 4 weeks. This gives us enough time to plan, design, refine, and get everything right without rushing. If you’re ready to move faster, timelines can be compressed — just know this requires quicker feedback and a higher level of availability from your side.

  • It depends on the project and my current schedule, but I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. If you’ve got a specific timeline in mind, still reach out, sometimes we can make things work.

  • You’ll complete a short onboarding questionnaire and share anything helpful — brand assets, website inspiration, existing content, or notes on what’s working (and what’s not). Nothing fancy. Just the essentials.

  • Not quite. Website Design focuses on structure, layout, and visual direction — the blueprint of your site. Development is the build phase, where the designs are brought to life on the chosen platform. You can take your designs to your own developer, or continue into Website Development with me.

  • All Website Design is created with usability and user experience in mind — clear layouts, logical flow, and intuitive navigation.
    That said, full UX/UI Design (deep user research, wireframes, testing, complex user flows) is a separate service. If your project needs that level of detail, we’ll discuss it upfront.

  • You’ll receive a clean, organised design handover ready for development. You can move straight into Website Development with me, or pass the designs on to your own developer — totally your call.

  • Easy. We’ll chat about this on the discovery call and confirm the right level of scope before we begin. Larger or more complex websites are simply scoped accordingly.

  • Yes — Website Design is a collaborative process. You’ll receive a dedicated round of feedback where we refine layouts, structure, and visual direction to make sure everything feels right for your business.

    Additional revisions or expanded scope can be added if needed and will be discussed before any extra work begins.

  • Website Design focuses on structure, layout, and visual direction. You’ll usually provide the final website copy and imagery, but I’ll guide content hierarchy, section flow, and calls to action so everything works together.

    If you need help refining copy, sourcing imagery, or want copywriting support included, we can absolutely chat about that on the discovery call and scope it properly.

  • Yes! I know design is an investment. For larger projects, I offer flexible payment plans to make the process manageable without compromising quality or timelines.

  • Unfortunately not! As they reserve your place in my calendar and allow me to plan workloads around confirmed projects. If your timeline shifts, I’ll do my best to reschedule you where possible — flexibility matters, but commitment keeps things running smoothly.
