We spread out your Website Development over 4 weeks, giving us enough time to build, test, and refine your site properly, no rushing, no cutting corners.

For larger or more complex websites — such as eCommerce, booking-based services, or online platforms — development may take longer. Timelines are always confirmed upfront based on scope and functionality.

If you’re ready to move faster, we can compress the timeline. Just know this requires quicker feedback, timely content delivery, and a higher level of availability from your side.

  • We set up the platform, build the site structure, and begin implementing the approved designs. This is where the foundations of your website take shape.

  • Your key pages are built and styled, with responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Core functionality — such as forms or basic integrations — is set up.

Week 03.

Week 04.

  • We implement additional functionality (where required), test layouts, links, and flows, and refine the details based on feedback. This is where everything starts to feel polished and real.

  • We complete final checks, optimise for different devices, and prepare your site for launch. Once everything is approved, your website goes live — clean, functional, and ready to use.

Pricing - Brand Strategy

Starting from $3 500 + GST

All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST.

Your investment covers the full website development process: building your site on the agreed platform, implementing approved designs, setting up functionality, testing, and preparing everything for launch.

Every website is different, so the final investment depends on the scope, size, and complexity of the build.

Most website development projects land between $3 500–$5 600. We’ll confirm the right level for your website on the discovery call.

Larger or more complex websites, such as eCommerce, booking-based services, or online platforms — are scoped separately and may fall outside the typical price range.

A 50% deposit locks in your spot.
The remaining balance can be paid in instalments, either fortnightly or at each project milestone, whichever comes first.
All payments must be completed before final delivery.

Have questions about working together on your Website Development? Here are the things people ask most before getting started.

  • Most website builds take around 3–4 weeks once designs are approved and content is ready. Larger or more complex websites — such as eCommerce, booking-based services, or online platforms — may take longer. Timelines are always confirmed upfront based on scope and functionality.

  • It depends on the project and my current schedule, but I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. If you’re working toward a specific launch date, still reach out — we can see what’s possible.

  • Before development begins, I’ll need finalised designs, website copy, imagery, and any required access (platform logins, integrations, payment accounts, etc.). Clear inputs upfront help keep the build smooth and on track.

  • I primarily work with Squarespace, as it’s reliable, flexible, and easy for clients to manage long-term. That said, I can also work with WordPress, and for eCommerce projects I’m happy to build in Shopify where it makes the most sense.

    The right platform is always chosen based on your business needs, functionality, and long-term goals — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Yes — websites that need payments, bookings, or online programs can absolutely be built. These features are scoped carefully upfront, as they affect functionality, testing, and timelines.

  • Yes. Development includes a review and refinement stage where we fine-tune layouts, spacing, and functionality. Larger changes or new features outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any extra work begins.

  • I include sensible on-page SEO foundations, such as page titles, meta descriptions, clean structure, and image optimisation. Ongoing SEO strategy or content optimisation can be added if needed.

  • Once your site is live, you’ll receive handover support so you know how to manage updates confidently. Ongoing support, updates, or maintenance can be arranged if you’d like help beyond launch.

  • Once the project is complete and final payment is made, the website is yours. You’ll have full access and ownership of your site and content. I don’t lock you into ongoing contracts — you’re free to manage, update, or move your website as needed.

  • Yes! I know design is an investment. For larger projects, I offer flexible payment plans to make the process manageable without compromising quality or timelines.

  • Unfortunately not! As they reserve your place in my calendar and allow me to plan workloads around confirmed projects. If your timeline shifts, I’ll do my best to reschedule you where possible — flexibility matters, but commitment keeps things running smoothly.

  • Easy — start by filling out my [inquiry form] (or link it). From there, I’ll be in touch to book a discovery call or confirm details. Once we’ve locked in your scope and start date, a signed agreement and deposit secure your spot in my schedule.
